I visit the gym on Saturdays and Sundays.
My husband does too.
I usually walk for one hour.
After that I exercise for muscle strength by machine.
The reason I visit the gym is to lose my weight and stay in good health.
Many middle-aged people come to the gym I attend.
The aim for them maybe is the same of me.
But there are few people who are slim figure.
I also don't lose my weight.
It's too bad.
